HOLY WEEK HYMNS: THURSDAY
LEAD ME TO CALVARY
In Jesus' Steps | John 13:1-5; Matthew 26:36-46
Jesus washes the feet of His disciples and institutes the sacrament of communion to remember His death on the cross. He also prays in the garden in Gethsemane before He is arrested.
We remember Christ's example of love and servanthood as well as His death for us on the cross.

HOLY WEEK HYMNS: THURSDAY
LEAD ME TO CALVARY
Jesus washes the feet of His disciples and institutes the sacrament of communion to remember His death on the cross. He also prays in the garden in Gethsemane before He is arrested.
We remember Christ's example of love and servanthood as well as His death for us on the cross.
King of my life I crown Thee now-
Thine shall the glory be;
Lest I forget Thy thorn-crowned brow,
Lead me to Calvary.
Refrain:
Lest I forget Gethsemane,
Lest I forget Thine agony,
Lest I forget Thy love for me,
Lead me to Calvary.
Show me the tomb where Thou wast laid,
Tenderly mourned and wept;
Angels in robes of light arrayed
Guarded Thee whilst Thou slept.
Let me like Mary, thru the gloom,
Come with a gift to Thee;
Show to me now the empty tomb-
Lead me to Calvary.
May I be willing, Lord, to bear
Daily my cross for Thee;
Even Thy cup of grief to share-
Thou hast borne all for me.
